         December 2011: 
             Annual Reunion @ Buenos Aires 

         January 2012:
              Summary of First Alumni Meeting (Sat. Jan. 14, 2012)
        1. Alumni Registration Fee - P300*
        * This will be our starting / revolving fund for upcoming activities including the Grand Alumni Day. (but pls expect that there will be a separate registration for the said Day). Collection will be done by Batch for now since we have no bank account yet. Deadline will be on Feb. 29, 2012
        2. Grand Alumni Day
        - Batch 2002 will be responsible for the activities and programs
        - Batch Booth - each batch will have a booth wherein they can generate money and give 30% to the alumni. (Pls inform your batch reps for you ideas so that there will be no duplicates of booths) (Alumni Officers Booth - Souvenir Items, B2002 - Photo Booth, B2008 - Videoke Booth) 
        - Alumni day will be held at school (may around 8-5PM) the night event will be with your own batches
        3. Fund Raising Event
        - Mr. Jay Montebon will help us organize our first fund raising activity which is a Night out party at FLOW, Bacolod City by the end of March. (Each batch will have a quota in selling the tickets.) This is could be our 1st social gathering, too.
        4. Grand Alumni Day T-Shirt
        - A generic design will be made and each batch will have their Year printed on it.
